| Sales Consultant | Job Description - Responsibilities:Sales and Customer Engagement:Actively engage with customers to understand their vehicle requirements and preferences.Showcase and demonstrate Mahindra vehicles to prospective customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and specifications.Provide accurate and detailed information about the vehicles, pricing, and financing options available.Assist customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.Achieving Sales Targets:Meet or exceed sales goals and targets set by the dealership and Mahindra.Create and implement sales strategies to drive vehicle sales and increase market share.Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and networking.Product Knowledge and Training:Stay updated with the latest information about Mahindra vehicles, including technical specifications, promotions, and updates.Participate in training programs provided by Mahindra to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.Documentation and Administration:Ensure accurate and timely completion of all sales-related documentation, including vehicle sales contracts, financing agreements, and customer information forms.Collaborate with the dealership's administrative staff to facilitate smooth vehicle sales transactions.Customer Service and Follow-Up:Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.Follow up with customers post-sale to address any concerns, provide assistance, and seek feedback.Team Collaboration:Collaborate with other departments within the dealership, such as finance, service, and parts, to provide comprehensive solutions to customers.Work closely with the sales team to achieve collective sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
